Go to the Account menu

Go to the account menu in the bottom right corner of your smartphone and select the add tab.

Buying on a Smart Machine

Start the buying process on the Buyon App

When you start the buying process, if you have a membership card, Buyon will allow you to open the door.

Open the door and take out the desired products

Retire os produtos que pretende consumir, o processo de venda é finalizado com o fecho da porta.

Close the door and enjoy

Your payment will be validated after you have finished the purchasing process. The purchase summary will be available in the App.

Buyon Delivery

Access the Delivery Store

Check if your point of sale has Buyon Delivery active; if not, ask your vending operator to activate the service.

Add products to cart

Select the desired products and add them to the cart.

Select the delivery date and receive it at the point of sale

Choose the date you prefer to receive your products; the delivery will be made next to the equipment where the purchase was made. When your order is arriving, we will contact you.

Report a problem

On the machine

Select the option in the upper right corner of the machine view and select the “Report Problem” option.

When making a purchase

If you find a problem when making a purchase, select the “Report Problem” option.

After a purchase

Go to your purchases historic and if you had a problem with a purchase, select the “Report Problem” option.

    What devices can I use Buyon on?

    You can use the Buyon App on the devices of adhering partners. See the list of companies. 

    My sale didn't go well, what should I do?
    If you had a problem with your purchase, report the problem in the dedicated area of the app or send an e-mail to info@mybuyon.com.
    On which machines can I access the Delivery service?
    Delivery service is provided by each of the Buyon partners. Check if your favorite machines have the service available. If not, ask your vending operator for activation.
    How can I buy a pack or menu?
    Packs and menus are available on each machine. Make sure you have packs or menus available on your favorite machines.
    How can I get offers?
    Install the Buyon app and keep an eye out! You'll get lots of surprises. You can also get product offers, when it's your birthday, or even when you invite a friend.
    What is direct sale?
    On the machines with the direct sales functionality option available, you can pick up your products without having to touch the machine.
